I can't log in to Kitely at all using Firestorm. It hangs at logging in and puts up a message that my avi is inworld (but when checking the console I see no one inworld). First had this trouble trying to log into my megaworld, Rumi, today. But I had not logged in to Kitely before this for several days - so who knows when this actually began. However on further investigation I now find that I cannot log in to any of my worlds for the same reason and cannot log into the Welcome Centre either. I've reset the FS settings and then I did a clean install of FS. I have re-entered the log in url on the Open sim urls page. Nothing works. I can however log in to another OS grid I have an account on, Discovery Grid, with FS, no prob. But alas the prob with the Kitely log in has now been going on for about 4 hours. I have no idea what to do next. Would appreciate some advice/help at this point. It's 2.17 am here now in Australia so forgive me if you don't get a reply to this for another 6 hours or so. Hi Arton,

Please open the viewer, make sure that your login location is set to Last Location and then click the Kitely Welcome Center link on the viewer login page. Once that's done press the viewer Login button.

Does the login process complete?

And... if absolutely all else fails, try clearing your cache. It's amazing the kinds of problems a messed up cache can cause... and sometimes those problems are very specific and odd (such as being able to log in to one grid but not another, or not being able to wear your favorite avatar but all others work).

No I can't log in to the Kitely Welcome Centre following your instructions. It tells me I am already logged in. I cannot complete the log in process.

so... I did another clean install of FS.

No luck. Still can't log in.

Perhaps I am cursed?? lol.

What world are you trying to enter Arton and with which avatar?

I am trying to enter Rumi with Arton Tripsa.

Just as an experiment I tried entering Rumi with my Alt- Jane Watson.

Absolutely no problem!

What is the exact error message you're getting, please quote it.

I was getting : "

"Login failed
You are in the process of entering 'Rumi'. Please wait for the previous attempt to complete"

my last try just threw up the message attached

Are you seeing the Kitely viewer login page before you login?

What Firestorm version are you using?

Yes I see the Kitely log in page before I log in.

I am using FirestormOS-ReleaseX64. (for Mac)
