Kitely not available in Europe

Hi
The grid is not available in The Netherlands for some hours now. It is possible to access via a VPN in Canada and most other global locations.

It seems all of Europe is not available....able to connect via South and North America

Hi Alan,
Are you connecting via your home network or one provided by your place of work? Have you installed new internet security software that may need to be reconfigured to open the required firewall ports? Have you tried restarting your computer and router?
