I tried making another avatar on my server with the name Mario Kart (ID 855555d3-e4cd-4e0f-ae47-4361f780330e) and I ran into the same behavior where I'm asked to agree to the TOS, then I get the unknown avatar error, then later I'm asked to agree to the TOS again.

I was able to fix it by changing my HomeURI to point to my server's HTTP address instead of using HTTPS, and I can visit just fine now. The guide I followed suggested that using encryption on your HomeURI was fine, but it looks like it causes compatibility issues in this specific case.

Reset via Kitely Market. The most direct fix is to force a re-verification of your grid
