Hello,

I changed the port number of my personal (non-kitely) grid from 8002 to port 80, and I can't Hypergrid into my Kitely regions any longer. I now get an error that the grid's Home URI has changed. This error only occurs with Kitely, I can Hypergrid to other grids fine.

Could you please refresh this on the Kitely side so I can use Hypergrid again? It seems the old URL is stored.

world.ideajolt.com

Hi Brian,

We removed the information relating to avatars from your previous grid URI. You should now be able to teleport into Kitely from the new grid URI. Please note that you may need to complete the GDPR authorization step for these avatars again.

Hi I have the exact same issue as the OP above. We recently changed our grid domain name by adding a sub domain and using that. Old address is http://avalonia-virtual.online:8002 NEW address is http://grid.avalonia-virtual.online:8002

Because of this I and other grid users are no longer able to visit Kitely or safely use the Kitely Market place. I'd be grateful if you can look into this.

Hi Justin,

I've removed the old grid information from our system. Please follow the aforementioned instructions for setting up access to our grid and marketplace from your new grid URI.

I changed mine from http://h.novasquirrel.com:12501 to https://os.novasquirrel.com:9002 (I think that's correct?) and I am getting this error myself and I can no longer teleport to Kitely, but can connect to other grids. My avatar name is Maffi Mouse, in case that's helpful.

Please try teleporting with Maffi Mouse into Kitely again. You'll need to repeat the GDPR authorization step on your first login.

Thanks! I was able to get far enough to repeat the authorization, but after agreeing to the policies I get an error saying "Teleport failed. Unknown avatar: 2edc6fa4-ffcc-455b-ab3d-b1619fdb7dec" when I try again.

Please restart your viewer then try again by teleporting to the Kitely Welcome Center and let me know if you get through.

Unfortunately, I'm still getting the same error. I have had it request that I do the authorization again multiple times, so it might not be saving my confirmation?

Do you have some other avatar that you can use from that grid to try to teleport into Kitely Welcome Center so I'll be able to see your grid's details in our system?
