I use Bento Buddy. You can buy it in the SL marketplace.

Ya. have that one... wanted to try Auto Rig Pro, looks interesting, but no SL/Opensim workflow guides on it...

i have never tried auto rig pro either but i will agree bento buddy is a awesome blender plugin.
