If a grid closes that you have had purchases sent to, is it possible to have them redelivered to a different grid as long as the avatar name is the same? Or would you need to purchase the items over again?

We have a feature that enables merchants to easily redeliver all the items a Kitely account has ordered to that Kitely account's Kitely avatar. Please see: viewtopic.php?t=4324

None of my purchases seem to have that feature, I have contacted the creators, cant hurt to ask . Thanks fpr ypur reply though.

It's a feature that's available to the merchants as it's up to them to decide whether to send you new copies when your old grid shuts down (most do once you ask them). The Kitely Market feature I mentioned enables them to do so easily for all the items you purchased from them and, potentially, for all the people who bought items for delivery to the grid that shut down.
