Kitely Market Purchases Failing

I have made past purchases on the Kitely Market without issue. However, today I have tried multiple times to place an order and each time it has failed. I have tried 3 payment methods via PayPal...all failed. I have contacted both the card companies and PayPal and they all say that the payment is being rejected by Kitely Market, not by them. Is the Market having some difficulty today? How might I resolve this and make my purchases? Thank you.

Hi Contessa,

Our system is showing 8 failed PayPal transactions for you, but no additional information. So, I checked our PayPal account and the transactions are showing as "DENIED". Please note that our account is verified, confirmed and has no limits shown in our PayPal profile that would prevent your transaction. Kitely Market has also succefully completed transactions with multiple other people today, including before, between and after your failed buying attempts.

There is nothing on our side that would explain why you aren't able to complete the PayPal transactions. Checking their help site, the recommendation I found was to provide you with this information: https://www.paypal.com/us/cshelp/articl ... ed-help419

Thank you so much for your reply and for the information. I saw the same information on PayPal and checked those things, but I will do so again. This confirms my suspicion that it is a PayPal issue. Wish me luck! :)
