Unable to get order Order 1000077890100

I ordered this item because it could be exported to my grid. I tried the regular purchase and wait method. That did not work. Went to Kitely Welcome Center and clicked resend IM as directed. No receipt of an email. I really would like the script.

Hi Herfulnerful,
Please log into your grid with the recipient avatar. Then make sure that your viewer Preferences aren't set to only allow IMs from friends or groups you belong to then. Finally, press the Resend IM link on the order page:
https://www.kitely.com/market/order/1000077890100 and click the link in the IM our system will send you to complete the delivery process.
