How I Wish All Wars Were Like This…
How I wish every “war” in the world were as light-hearted as the ones in our group. Here, the shooting, mining, and gunning are purely for the sake of good sport. The cost of ammunition and ships? Roughly equivalent to a couple of beers during a Friday evening visit to the pub.
And the best part? After the battle, winners and losers alike gather peacefully at the pub, where we laugh away all frustrations and make questionable jokes about the tactical “masterpieces” that just happened.
Yes, it really works like that — with players from all over the world: Spain, the US, Finland, the Netherlands, Germany, Great Britain, and Brazil. Different flags, same sense of humor, and the universal language of “Wait… why did I sail straight into that minefield?”
