Missing email notifications about sales

I noticed today that I've had a lot of sales recently I didn't get email notifications about. Is this only to be expected or is there a flaw in the system?

Hi Tess,

You should get email notifications for all your Kitely Market sales if you have that option set in your account's Manage Store page. Note that the email will be sent to your account's email address not to your account's PayPal payouts address.

If you have the option to receive emails for new sales set then check your email account's spam folder. It's possible that you accidently marked an email from our system as spam and that would cause your email provider to mark all subsequent emails as spam as well. If that's the case then select all the emails from our system that you found in your spam folder and mark them as not spam so your email provider will stop removing such emails from your inbox.

What's weird is that I do receive notifications about some of the sales but not all so the email adress and account settings have to be correct. And I've checked my spam folder and the missing ones are not there.
It's not a big deal though since KM has excellent sales stats on the site. It's just that I never checked there. I thought the email messages were complete and they looked rather depressing.
Still, I think this is a heads up for other merchants who may have the same problem without knowing it.
