Issue verifying account

When I try to login, it wants to verify my account, says it sent an email to my correct email - but I never received it. I checked spam and trash, nothing. What can I do?

Hi Sifan,

You created two Kitely account using the same name and I suspect you got them mixed up. I've therefore deleted both accounts to free up the email addresses they were connected to. Please create a new Kitely account from scratch and make sure to use the email address you wish that account to be connected to.

Thx! It finally worked. The issue was an email filter I had in place. It took me awhile to find out exactly what was causing it. But I'm in now!
