The site will be down for maintenance on November 17 at 12:01 AM PST (midnight). Estimated downtime is 1 hour.

Have you started early? I can't log in. Error message - Error generating Login Response.
Also the Kitely marketplace and account history are unavailable.

We haven't started early. The problem the upcoming system update will fix just manifested itself again now before tomorrow's update could prevent it.
Are you still having problems accessing those parts of the site?

I just wanted to do a few updates for today's session, so it wasn't urgent. Are we okay to log on now? Is the upgrade over?
