Merging listings

I want to combine several listings of individual objects into a single package. That's easy enough of course, I simply add all items to one of the listings and delete the other listings.

But I also want everybody who have bought one of the items in the past to receive redeliveries in the future. Is there a way to do this?

Thank you Ilan but that doesn't really answer my question.

Look at these two listings:

I'm going to replace these two listings with a single one that includes both items plus a couple more. The problem is that both these listings have had sales in the past and I want all buyers to receive updates to this new combined listing. How do I do that? Is it even possible?

Btw, am I right that redeliveries can only be sent to Kitely accounts? If so, there's actually only one sale that is a problem in this particular case but there may be other simialr ones too.

In case you wonder why: I'm adding a lot more general meshes to my store and there are so many of them I'll have to bundle them up, individual listing for each and every mesh will be too messy. I really want my past customers to receive the same service and updates as the future ones.

As explained in the article I linked to about the Batch Redeliver option:

''This feature doesn’t deliver the updated product to avatars from other grids (i.e. non-Kitely avatars), because that’s very error-prone due to the many problems that can occur when communicating with other grids. The merchant can, however, send a product update to a specific non-Kitely avatar by going to the Sales History page and selecting the “Redeliver” option for that avatar.'

So you can use that to manually send the product updates to avatars from other grids.

As for merging two different product listings into one and using that to redeliver to buyers of both products, that's not an option that we support.
