Hi Talus,

Kitely doesn't allow avatars from grids whose URI is defined using an IP address (e.g., 192.168.0.1:8002). Grids must be defined using a domain name instead.

Does your personal grid have a domain name set up for it? If not, please set up one and try again.

Hi Talus,

After further investigation we found the reason for the problem you're encountering. We remember the home grid URL of each avatar UUID that visits Kitely and (for security reasons) do not allow avatars with the same UUID who belong to a different home grid to visit Kitely. Have you changed your home grid URL since the first time you visited Kitely (even changing the port counts as changing the URL)? If so, changing the URL back to what it was originally will enable your avatar to pass this security check and teleport into Kitely. You can send me a forums PM to get the URL you originally used. If you are unable to change your grid URL we can update our system to use the new URL but doing so requires manual work on our part so will likely take more time than you making the change on your end.
