i lost sound on my sims

hi last week it was working ok sound on all 4 sims now i hear nuthing
can some one tell me how to fix i have been in to setings evry thing is ok thear

Did you change the maturity ratings of your world's regions via the viewer? You will not hear sounds when you visit a region that has a higher maturity rating than that of your account. See your account settings page to configure the later: http://www.kitely.com/settings

Great, please make sure to change that world's maturity rating in our control panel as well (the viewer-based maturity rating system is separate from the website-based one). You can do so in the Access tab of the world's Manage World dialog, which you can access by pressing the Manage link in your My Worlds page: http://www.kitely.com/myworlds
