KWC seems to be in problem state.
KWC seems to be in problem state. I can teleport there but it does not rez. I see another avatar (Ilford Bauer) apparently stuck in the rezz process.

Thank you for the heads up Selby, that world has now been restarted. Kitely Welcome Center is one of the few Kitely worlds that doesn't get automatically shut down when its vacant, which also means it's one of the few worlds that doesn't get restarted when it's empty and someone enters it.
