Items not arriving in AviWorlds
A customer has written to me - they bought my Prim Scrubber (http://www.kitely.com/market/product/28 ... m-scrubber) for delivery in AviWorlds and it didn't arrive complete. The order number is 1000005267284.
They should have received a script and a notecard, but only the notecard arrived. I suspect there may be a problem with the notecard too, because the customer reported that they couldn't read it.
I requested redelivery, but they apparently received nothing.
Test delivery of the item to myself in Kitely works fine.

Hi Handy,
We looked at the logs. Your customer is using the wrong grid URI in his delivery attempts. It may map to the same AviWorlds assets server but this can cause a problem. So, please ask your customer to change his grid URI to login.aviworlds.com:8002 instead of hg.aviworlds.com:8002 .
Once that is done, we can do an admin redeliver of the entire order.

The customer reports that "the grid manager is set for: login.aviworlds.com:8002" (meaning was already set to that) and that he's since bought other items which arrived OK.
I've just tried another redelivery to see if this one gets through.

He received the redelivery this time, but it's still not right. The script is missing, and the notecard is no-copy (it should have CT perms).

Please use the test delivery function in your marketplace listing (when it's in edit mode) to verify that the product includes what you expect it to include when you deliver it to your own Kitely avatar inside Kitely.

It arrives fine when I do that - both script and notecard are there, with the correct permissions.

Of grids that Kitely delivers to, only on OSGrid, which isn't much help.
Since export generally seems to be working, I'm assuming this is an issue with either Aviworlds or this particular customer's setup. I've refunded the customer's 10KC and removed export perms from that product.
