Alternative day for Community Meetings?

At today's Kitely Community Meeting, there was a request to consider changing the meeting day from a Wednesday so that it didn't clash with the Hypergrid Safari.

It was decided to continue the discussion on the forum.

The meetings need to start at 1 pm Pacific (21:00 UTC).

Ilan's preferred days are Sundays and Wednesdays, but he can be flexible. Having said that, Fridays and Saturdays are not possible for him.

Thoughts?

I prefer Mondays but am flexible. Sunday, Tues and Thurs also work for me as of right now. That could change depending on project workloads.

I favor Sundays, but can make any of the suggested days.

Wednesdays are the best for me, and I do plan on making it to more meetings if that day and time stays. Sunday, no good. Ahem, much as I'd like to make it to HG Safari; it's a great program, it's not our fault they chose the day and time Kitely Mentors had already established.

Sundays work best here. If meetings stay on Wednesdays, no sweat, I'll continue to attend the meetings I can.

I also would go with any day other than Wednesday. I would like to attend more meetings and Wednesdays are pretty much the only day I am busy.

Here's a summary of the results so far. I'm leaving out Friday and Saturday because Ilan can't make those days.

Preferences
5 for Sunday: Ilan, Roxy, Selby, Marstol, Dot
1 for Monday: Serene
0 for Tuesday
2 for Wednesday: Ilan, Ada
0 for Thursday

Possibles
7 for Sunday: Ilan, Roxy, Serene, Ros, Marstol, Ozwell, Dot
5 for Monday: Ilan, Roxy, Serene, Ros, Ozwell
5 for Tuesday: Ilan, Roxy, Serene, Ros, Ozwell
4 for Wednesday: Ilan, Ros, Ada, Marstol
4 for Thursday: Ilan, Serene, Ros, Ozwell

We also need to be aware of other regular events in Kitely, such as Seanchai Library readings and concerts at Wizards Retreat. Kitely Metaverse Tours take place on Saturdays, so that won't clash.

Okay, so we're down to two leading options (considering I have a big preference for Sundays or Wednesdays and the other days don't have a clear preference by other people) so let's do a quick poll:

If you want us to start having the meetings on Sundays at 1pm PST then Like this message.
