Hello Ilan,

3 items in my Shopping Cart. I entered the name of the grid, got Notecard, entered the code. But when I click on Paypal to pay for my merchandise I get a message saying that the avatar does not exist. It is my own avatar, so it does exist. And I am the only account in the mini-grid

Maybe this information is important:
Dreamland changed yesterday the UUID of my starter avatar giving it a new UUID. Can it be that I need to wait until Kitely recognizes the new UUID? Or what else shall I do to be able to purchase for my Arcana avatar?

Have you used this avatar to visit Kitely before the UUID change?

Yes, I was with the old UUID inworld in Kitely.

It was the UUID of my local standalone. Using the same UUID in Arcana grid was making me troubles. That is why Dreamland gave me a new UUID for Isis Ophelia @Arcana yesterday.

The old UUID was: 1b77be9b-248e-400b-a4ca-499d0aa06d77 domain: arcanavirtual.noip.me:9000
The new UUID dreamland made for me is: 1b77be9b-248e-400b-a4ca-499d0aa06d00 domain: http://arcana.hopto.org:9021/

I hope you can get it sorted out for me. I'd like to purchase more items I need in my new Arcana mini-grid.

Do you currently have an avatar with the same UUID on two grids from which you visit Kitely?

No, Ilan, now all 3 have different UUIDs.

Please delete the avatar name from the shopping cart and switch Deliver To to My Kitely Avatar then switch it back to Other Avatar and reenter your avatar name.

Once that's done please try to check out the shopping cart again.
