World upgrade not there?

Hi

I am Cocidius greene and my land region is Roman Greatness, I just bought a land upgrade from ye from 1 region to 4 region, But i dont see it at all...it says i have only one region, yet the money as left by account.. Is your upgrade working?
And also your email for support!... is't working at all
