CHANGING LAND DEED GROUP

I can't seem to find any FAQ or instructions on how to change the land deed from one group to a new one, so I'm asking here for help.

My situation is this: I Deeded my sim to one of my groups.

Now the "Deed" button on the About Land Info window inworld is currently greyed out (I'm the owner of the group and the region) and I want to deed the land to a new group I've created.

What is the procedure for this?
