Sell half land to partner

I set the part of land for sale to my partner but she is having trouble buying it. She keeps getting re-routed to sl. Is there a reason she cannot buy the half of parcel from me to rent monthly?

There does seem to be a problem with setting land for sale in OpenSim generally.

Have you tried setting it for sale specifically to her? That seemed to work on another OpenSim grid I'm on.

Alternatively, you could set up a special group that has just the two of you as members and set the land group to that. I usually use this method in OpenSim.

Hi and ty...yes I set her name to the sale but she cannnot buy it. I also have a Castle Isle group with just us in it but I will try to deem it to the group title and see what happens. I'll be back if it doesn't work. tyvm

Hi Mane,

You can parcel land in Kitely and set it to groups, as Dot recommended, but direct land sales aren't supported.

What you can do is have her pay you in Kitely Credits (by giving them to you inworld) and change your Kitely account payment method (in the account Settings page on our website) to "PayPal or Kitely Credits when available". This way her payments to you will be used to cover your payments to Kitely (when your account has enough KC to cover the entire monthly bill).
