Missed Delivery or failed?

Hello, I bought couple things for someone, and they either misplaced it or it was delivered with only a card and teleport link. 1000018903995 was the order number. Can they be delivered to the same person?

The orders were delivered in full the first time but, as per your request, we've now resent them. Please ask the recipient to log into their grid then click the links in the IMs our system just sent them to complete the delivery process.

FYI if your someone is not from the Kitely grid their purchases will be in their Suitcase. If they are running an older version of Firestorm, or they have never used their Suitcase before, they may need to click the gear at the bottom of the Inventory window, click "Show Filters..." and then in the checklist that pops up, check "Always Show Folders" to find the Suitcase folder.

There is also a bug with the 32bit firestorm I had to download the 64 bit one to find my suitcase.
