Having this happen over the last week myself and notice that it is occurring most often during the day, which leads to the internet question but mine is also working well when it still isn't connecting. I have tried to clear the cache, still no success. Gets to the 2/3 mark and stops. Sometimes I hear the swishhhh like I'm being teleported yet nothing happens.

Any other suggestions?

Does it also happen to you when you try to log into the Kitely Welcome Center? (click the Kitely Welcome Center link in the viewer login page before logging into the grid)

Yes, when I attempt to login to various locations it gets hung up. I have made it into the Welcome Center but when I try to teleport it will also just lock up on me. I then have to use the Task Manager to end the task and try to relogin.

How much RAM does your computer have Donna?

What version of Firestorm are you using and is it 32bit or 64bit?
