Question regarding market rating

Hi there, sorry that I have so many questions to ask all the time, but best to ask I guess.

I have placed some wearable cigars on the marketplace, currently I have them with an adult rating as in real life you have to be a certain age to smoke cigars, however, is it necessary for them to be rated adult on the kitely market or can I just put them in the general category?, after all virtual cigars can't harm your lungs lol
