Hey all was there no payouts yesterday or is it just me lol? My account also switched from "paying with kc" to "paying with dollars" for my sim yesterday so wondered if this effected the cleared funds not being released?

Hi GullyRivers,

You account's selected payment method has no impact on payouts.

Payouts require manual overview before they can be sent so were delayed a few hours from their usual Monday/Tuesday time (depending on your timezone) due to the Rosh Hashana holiday. They have now been completed and you should see your store's Cleared funds deposited in your PayPal account.

Hi Ilan thank you for the reply and yes the payment has cleared now, i was unaware of the holiday. Im in the UK so usually the payment goes in at 12am on Tuesday.

These are my first few months on Kitely MP, and I sold a building back at the end of July. I waited for the 45 day clearance, and after this period passed the payment cleared for payout in my account.... but... nothing has appeared in my paypal account. I have checked I have the correct email address and all my details are correct... but nothing has appeared to date?... Do I need to do something to get the payment?

Hi Geoff,

There is a $10 minimum for payouts to PayPal and your store's Cleared balance is currently lower than that amount. See https://kitely.atlassian.net/wiki/space ... arket+Fees

If you don't wish to wait to have at least $10 in Cleared funds to have them scheduled for the next weekly payout, then you can ask us to convert your currently Cleared amount to Kitely Credits and add them to your Kitely account balance (at the rate of 200 KC per 1 USD).
