Error generating login response

I am also seeing this error pretty regularly in the last few days. I get an error logging in on first attempt, and then successfully login on second attempt. Just happened now.

Just curious, what do you consider "a lot of inventory items"? It's not unusual for people to have 10, 20, or even 30,000 items in inventory.

Hi Sherrie,

Kitely has it's own cloud-based assets and inventory systems that perform much better than the regular OpenSim systems and are the main reason why there is normally so little lag in Kitely. When we worked on developing these systems we decided to delay implementing several optimizations that improve performance for big inventories that didn't exist in Kitely at the time. However, now that people have been uploading a lot more content into their inventories in preparation for the Kitely Market, those optimizations need to be implemented to enable the system to remain responsive. That's what we're working on now and plan to roll out in the next few days (probably sometime early next week).

Once the system is optimized, inventories with tens of thousands of items shouldn't pose any problem.

We updated Kitely today, and added optimizations that should make login faster. The slow logins were caused by having to search for the user's gestures in his or her inventory, which is slow for large inventories. We now store gestures in a separate table so this problem should be eliminated.

I was going to check out kitely but I can't seem to even get past the loginuri area. Having same errors.
I use the browser I have to get into Second life which unfortunately my Firestorm doesn't give place to add grid info.
Tried imprudence which has the grid option that failed for me too.
After several hours of reading the guide and making attempts I am stumped.

I haven't got into any worlds. I can't even get pass the login screen. But I noticed I have 240 minutes less that I never used.
I thought about joining and doing digital content here but this is too hard.
I already installed the plug in, attempted another program short cut none of its working for me.
I use Firestorm for second life, I have no way to get login uri.
I even tried imprudence. I only got can't login in messages

Hi Daagon,

You are on the Free Plan which includes 120 minutes per month. On the first month in which you open your account your get an additional 240 minutes signup bonus. Those minutes expire at the end of that month. As a new month just started your minute quota has been reset to your plan's standard number (i.e. 120 minutes).

Have you installed the firestorm version I gave you the link to? (the SL-only version of Firestorm which doesn't include a grid manager will not work with OpenSim-based grids)

Did you install it in the default installation directory?
