Items bought on Kitely Market

so a while back I purchased some items on kitely market and I had them sent to my eros resort grid avi, well since then we have had to shut down, re do the grid and we are now reopened, so I was wondering if I can get all those order numbers sent to the new Eros resort avi?

In order for us to be able to redeliver the orders to your grid's updated grid URI we need you to first complete the grid verification process for this updated grid address.

To do so, please go to your Kitely Market shopping cart and click the Grid Manger link, remove your old grid definition then add your new one instead (erosresort.net:8002). You'll then be shown the "Check Grid Support for Kitely Market" window where you'll need to follow the steps in order to complete the verification process. Please let us know once that's done and we'll redeliver the orders.

I am trying but i get an error message

We couldn't send a notecard to Mistress Dalgato @ Eros Resort. Make sure that the avatar is online and in its home grid. Also, make sure that the grid is open to the Hypergrid, and its firewall allows access from the outside.

Please clear the avatar name from the Deliver To section of the shopping cart then repeat the grid verification steps I listed earlier.

i dont see any names to delete, but I still get the error message

Please wait ten minutes then reload the browser page, switch Deliver To to "My Kitely Avatar", switch it back to "Other Avatar", make sure there is no name entered for that avatar then click the Gird Manager link and add your grid URI to begin the grid verification process.
