The minimum time for a timer in OpenSim is 0.5 seconds, so calling llSetTimerEvent() with anything less than 0.5 will result in a 0.5s timer. /me once again bashes head against Opensim/LL logic wall... and remembers to now add .5 seconds to all timer() event calls.
