Anyone Else having Problems Logging in?

I have been unable to log in now for more than 24 hours. I have cleared my cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the OpenSim version of FIrestorm (6.4.12.62831) and I keep getting the "Login failed" message and a go to https://secondlife-status.statuspage.io message.

I started having problems after I went hypergridding.

Hi Amvans,

Are you using the OpenSim compatible version of Firestorm?

Do you see the Kitely viewer login page? (it looks like this)

What is the exact error message you're getting when you try to login?

Yes. I am using the Opensim compatible version. I cleared the cache. Then I uninstalled the one I had and reinstalled it.

The message I"m getting is:
"Login failed" message and a go to https://secondlife-status.statuspage.io message.

Are you using some internet security software, such as an antivirus?

Have you tried restarting your router?

Have you tried setting the login to Last Position then clicking the Kitely Welcome Center link in the viewer login page before you pressed the viewer Login button?

It isn't the anti virus, as it was working fine yesterday before I went grid hopping. I can get into Second Life no problem using either the Second Life or Opensim Firestorm viewer ( I just checked that).

I can't get anywhere on login. I tried the Welcome Center link as you suggested. It sits at "Logging in...." and then I get the message. This is the message I'm getting.

"Login failed. Despite our best efforts, something unexpected has gone wrong.
Please check https:/secondlife-status.statusspage.io to see if there is a known problem with the service.
If you continue to experience problems, please check your network and firewall setup"

What is the exact Firestorm version that you're using?

Are you connecting over a VPN or an organization network?

Are you able to try connecting to your account from a different computer, preferably one that is connected via a different network?

I am suddenly able to get in this morning. I did try two different computers on two different networks and was having the same issue. I believe it was something to do with a weird state of the account. As I mentioned, I was in Kitely but other people did not see me online at the time I was actually online (in the Welcome Center). I don't know what changed over night but it seems to be working now.
