No relation at all! The main character, Constance Fairchild, discovers a way to have out of body experiences and can fly through the "Spirit World" (that's the "Well of Souls"). In this out-of-body state she can hear people's thoughts --- with bizarre results. It's a sequel to my novel The Mills of God.
