Hello, i understand i need to be be a Manager (World, Estate?) to use OSSL. How does my Estate Owner add me as such?

Some OSSL functions are restricted, some aren't. Please see: https://www.kitely.com/virtual-world-ne ... functions/
You need to be the world's owner (i.e. its World Manager) or an Estate Manager to use some OSSL functions in a given world. You can only be a World Manager in your own world but a world manager can make you an Estate Manager in their world if they wish. See: https://wiki.firestormviewer.org/panel_ ... access_tab
