Since 2019 I've run 7 banner ads, some for a week and some for a month, with only one small sale between them all. Regular product ads, regardless of time length, perform far better and are a third of the cost

Hi Luna,
When it comes to ads, people respond better to ones that (1) are relevant for what they are currently looking for and (2) offer limited time savings. If your banner ads are just your store's name and logo then people aren't likely to click them. If that's the case then I suggest changing them so that they present a relevant sales pitch, ideally in connection to a sale (e.g "Get premium shirts for 50% off! Sale ends today!").
