Hi Dagon,
Our system still shows you on the Gold Plan (now Premium Account (Gold)) you signed up for on December 1.
When you tried to switch to the Silver Plan did you complete the new PayPal subscription signup for that account so we could use it instead of the one you had for the Gold Plan? If you didn't complete the transaction then your plan would not have been changed and you would have remained on your existing plan.
If you did complete the PayPal transaction, when did you create a new PayPal subscription for the Silver Plan to replace the one you were on for the Gold Plan? Can you please email me the PayPal transaction ID so I can look for it in our billing system and in our company's PayPal account?

Thanks I will message you later when I do that hopefully it will show up.
It might have been error on my part but I remember going through steps I changed the plan to silver it went to paypal charge showed 0.
