Don't want to bug Oren or Ilan with this one because I know they are knee deep in bug zapping.
After updating items, are they automatically updated for customers or must that be done manually? This and any additional info on updating products would be much appreciated.
To merchants - has anyone updated products in the Market?

pretty sure you need to send your customers the updated version manually , there is a button there to do that easily from your sales history page on the right "redeliver"

Good to know oopsee. Hadn't thought of using the redeliver in that way, but it makes perfect sense. Thanks.
edited to change a word into what I thought I'd put, but hadn't (the into that).

Re: To merchants - has anyone updated products in the Market
Redelivery does work well in these cases. Two different vendors have redelivered products that I had previously purchased from the Kitely Market because they had updated the product. The one downside of redelivery is that the customer ends up with two identically named sub folders in their #Kitely Market folder. The customer then needs to figure out which folder is the new one with the updated product(s).
I wouldn't do the redelivery for a minor cosmetic change to a product unless the customer had complained about the cosmetics of the item. But of course if you are fixing a bug in a script or correcting a permissions problem you will need to redeliver to all the customers who purchased the product with the defect. It would probably help to change a version number on an item or script. Alternatively you could include a notecard with a title that makes it easy for the customer to determine which of the folders has the updated content. Hopefully once the customer is certain which folder has the updated content they will delete the old folder to avoid any future confusion.
