Friends List
For some time now when i have accepted a friend request upon re-logging i get the request again and they are out of my friends list. I accept for the 2nd time and re-logging the same thing happens, out of friends list and offer prompt to accept is there, this continues until i decline the offer and that is not what is intended. Does not happen with every request, only some. Anyone else experiencing this anomaly or know how to correct? (firestorm viewer, mac)

Yes, I've seen this behaviour too. I just keep accepting until it sticks, usually after two or three attempts.

I have seen the same thing. Erratic bug. Really hard to fix without knowing how to replicate it.
