I also didn't think the exclusivity was meant to be a legal statement .
Some Ener Hax freebies are in the Quayside warehouse, and the licence terms are pretty clear and permissions all OK.
Meanwhile, I see Hax Nuit is staying.

I'm sorry but if they're in the Quayside warehouse then they're not "available exclusively from InWorldz". That's as it should be and all I was trying to say.
