Prim contents not updating

Prim contents not updating
I'm having issues editing prim contents after a quick trip to and from another region, i.e. before the original sim has closed down (I'm scripting a teleporter). The prim contents don't appear unless I restart scripts and the prim contents list does not update when you add or delete items. If you allow the region to close and restart, all is well and as expected.

Sorry for the delayed response, my inbox was full and I missed the notification about your question.
Does this happen if you teleport within the same 1-region world? If it doesn't, does it happen if you telelprt within the same multi-region world that is set up with Advanced Megaregion mode turned off?
