Ugh - Organizing out of control inventory
Anybody have any suggestions on how to make this less of a tedious chore?

Notecards work great for storing seldom used full permission items that you just cant bear to part with.
Using a keyword search, then holding shift to select multiple entries is a great time saver when moving large numbers of items around.
