Looking for a Scripter for 2 Projects

I have an immediate need for a scripter for 2 projects. I require that the scripts will be full perm to me, and I am willing to pay a premium for this. I do not require them to be exclusive to me (e.g. if you want to mass market them afterward, as these things are a need item in the metaverse) but your quote should reflect whether or not you intend the scripts to be exclusive.

Project 1 : Shoe / Clothing HUD





This images give you an idea of what I am looking for.

• I need to retexture multiple faces separately.
  I need to recolor the skin face.
  I need to resize both feet with 1 script (the button can launch a second script)
  I need a Delete script feature.

Project 2: House Control

This script will allow the user to control lighting, door locks, and window tints and textures from a HUD.

• The window script needs to support faces.
  The lighting script needs to be able to support colors and intensity.
  The door script should support an access list.
