Redelivering Items..

I recently received a request to redeliver items a customer bought to a new grid they are at as the original grid that the items were delivered to closed down. Is that possible?

To avoid scams what do you suggest? That the original buyer registered on kitely contact me?

Yes, that would be best. If they don't know how to do so, they can login to our website and then click your name in their Purchase History to get the option to send you an IM directly from our website.

.... well, if the real registered buyer for example is "Jon Doe" registered on kitely but request for delivery to an external grid is coming from "Jon Doe 1" ....looks like someone made a new account on kitely and added a "1" ...smell like scam to you?

You can communicate with the actual buyer by clicking their name in your Kitely Market order page then selecting the Send IM option from the popup menu. If they respond to that IM then they are the real buyer. You can tell the person claiming to be the buyer that that's what you're going to do and let them know they can get those IMs offline if they configure that account to forward offline IMs to their email address.
