Other avatars being cloudy isn't them.... it's your Viewer Settings
Open your ADVANCED menu by pressing Ctrl-Alt-D.
Call up DEBUG SETTINGS menu.
In search box enter RenderUnloadedAvatars.
Set to TRUE
This will cause avatars to appear even when they're not 100% loaded... and should fix the "foggy avatar" problem! : )
