Order of items in KM listings

When I upload a folder of items to KM, the order of the items scrambles. Is there anything I can do to fix that? I'd like to have a logical order, preferably the carefully structured numeral/alphabetical order I have in inventory.

We'll look into it Ada and see if this is something that we can change with a reasonable amount of work (otherwise it will need to be added to our very long todo list).

Hi Ada,

We've investigated this and found that by default most viewers sort folder items by descending creation date, which is quite arbitrary and can result in what would look like random sorting to potential buyers. Therefore, once we update the system, we're going to start sorting the Variation Items table alphabetically to make it more consistent for buyers and more predictable for merchants.

I want to add that this will only affect new products; existing products will remain unchanged.
