Hi,
I've been trying several times to create a new group for my store

Whatever I do, renewing the page etc etc an internal error pops up. This might be something that is already there longer since it's rather rare that a new group has to be created.

Thank you for this bug report. This problem is related to our recent database software upgrade (we upgraded from MySQL 5.7 to 8.0). We've fixed the bug, and the fix will be included in our next update.

I'm getting the same error trying to update an existing product. When is this update supposed to occur?

We updated the system today and this bug has been fixed. You should be able to create new product groups now.
