I recently made a payment for kitely credit and then purchased some items with it but unfortunalty the items were never delivered and i no longer require my kitely credit

What is the Kitely Market order number you're referring to, what is the avatar name of the avatar you bought the items for and what grid does that avatar belong to?

The 3 items in that ordered were delivered to the "# Kitely Market" inventory folder of that avatar. Did you look there to find them?
