'Anyone can visit is checked and greyed out for the lands I own'

Hello,
I have a question. When I select About land for my 'worlds' and check the Access tab, I keep finding the 'Anyone can visit' check box checked and greyed out. These regions were originally within an organization but are no longer at present. I spent quite some time trying to manage access from the Kitely web front end too. The reason I wanted to have this checkbox unchecked is because we have a system with opensim commands that work only if the land permissions are not set for public access.
Any help or thoughts, is deeply appreciated.

Hi Ramesh,

1) Have you tried clearing your viewer cache and viewer inventory cache, restarting your viewer, then checking again?
