@everyone We always advise people to disable media, esp when using Hydra. Now there's one more reason for it, at least until viewers are patched - looks like there's an exploit in the Firestorm viewer (which Hydra is based on) which can be abused for griefing purposes. Details here:

This is always good advice anyway. When it comes to security, Media-On-A-Prim is so full of holes it'll make a Swizz cheese green with envy. We shouldn't blame Firestorm for it though, this is LL code.

'A few days ago an exploit has been discovered in SL viewers.

* If you're using the official Linden Lab viewer you can already get it patched.
