broken hair

i just update firestorm viewer when i log in my hair is broken if i replace it still the same show only half hair on my head how can i fix this please

Hi Cindy,

Please log into the Kitely Welcome Center then open Firestorm > Viewer > Preferences > Network & Files > Directories and click both the Clear Cache and Clear Inventory Cache buttons. then restart your viewer and log back into the Kitely Welcome Center.

i clear cache and inventory still the same hair only shows one side try different hair the same

to be sure : do u still have the original box where the hair came in?
is it from a kitely creator ? -) you could ask a new version - redelivery, and ask assitance

is it flexi or mesh, i woudl suggest to contact the creator & ask info - if creator has the same problem as you do or not?

ps this happen after i updated firestorm i had no problems before the update

Please get some free avatar from https://www.kitely.com/virtual-world/Il ... er-Avatars and place it in a new folder in your inventory then click the folder and select the "Replace Current Outfit" option. This will remove everything you currently have on and wear the new avatar instead. Does that avatar's hear appear properly?

Not exactly my area of expertise but have you tried rightclick avatar, Appearance, Reset, Mesh LOD or increased the LOD setting under Avatar, Preferences, Graphics, Objects & sculpts LOD?
