Avi Not Receiving Order

Hi there,
I've purchased a few items from the marketplace and the avatar I purchased the items for is not getting a notification.
This is not my first order from the marketplace, so I'm surprised that I've having a problem.

The avatar was on its home sim, notifications are not blocked and I've resent the notifications a few times - still to no avail.

Also, I've followed the prompt to go to Kitely (in the avatar I purchased it for) and do a resend which I did - still did not receive a notification or items.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Dreena,

Please verify that you haven't enabled "Only friends and groups can call or IM me" https://wiki.firestormviewer.org/prefer ... rivacy_tab. If this is enabled then you need to disable it while you're inworld in your grid then press the Resend IM link in your Kitely Market order page.
