I'm not sure how important this is to other merchants and customers but here are two features I would love to see added to KM.
1. Bulk redelivery. Allows the merchant to redeliver to all buyers of a product with a single click.
2. Buyer's redelivery. Allows the buyer to request a redelivery. This function would of course have to be enabled by the seller for each product.

The option to redeliver the latest version of a product variation to all the people who bought it already exists. It's called Batch Redeliver and it's available on the product listing page. See: https://www.kitely.com/virtual-world-ne ... t-updates/
